Sua finalidade é avaliar e determinar as capacidades de resistência à corrosão desses materiais e seus revestimentos. Salt spray testing utilizes saline or acidic saline solutions under controlled temperature and humidity conditions to accelerate the corrosion of materials or products, replicating the degradation they would endure over a specific period.  

This composite salt spray testing machine features an exterior casing made of premium imported PVC plastic panels, offering a smooth, glossy finish that is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and leak-proof. The interior chamber is constructed with high-grade imported PP sheets, ensuring high-temperature resistance, superior strength, and no deformation. All auxiliary components are also crafted from corrosion-resistant materials.

This chamber accelerates corrosion using salt solutions or acidic salt solutions under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, replicating the damage that materials or products may sustain over time. It is designed to evaluate the resistance of materials and protective coatings to salt spray corrosion, compare the quality of similar protective processes, and assess the corrosion resistance of certain products.
